Dayne Yeager

Businessman and Trucking Expert

Dayne Yeager was born in Houston, Texas in 1970 and was raised in Shepherd, Texas. He played football and baseball growing up, and he also had success showing animals. Dayne was elected local FFA and 4-H president, and was given the position of District FFA officer. He earned the Houston livestock show and rodeo scholarship, and went on to get his degree in agribusiness from Texas A&M, graduating on the Dean’s list. In 1990, he got into team roping and continued that until 2005. In 2004, Dayne began working for Performance Truck. Shortly after, he was offered the position of General Manager in 2005. Today he owns 20% of the company. Dayne additionally took on the role of CEO in 2018. Outside of work, Mr. Yeager is the father of two children with his first wife, and he is now remarried. The family spends a majority of their time either at Long shot Ranch in Freer or at Long shot lodge in Aransas pass with their family and friends.
